FNSS Alfa Leadership Academy launched on November 14, 2018 with an opening ceremony at Ankara Sheraton Hotel. Academy program, including modern learning methods, systematically designed by Organizational Development team of FNSS. Targeting all levels of managers, trainings will last approximately two years and will start over every year for new leaders. Academy aims for pioneers of the future, leaders who are open to change and have vision for transformation.
